How to Give
The 2023 Partners in Giving fall campaign encourages you to make a gift online through our e-pledge system. If you cannot give via e-pledge, paper pledge forms will still be accepted through the mail. Here are your options for giving:
Give through E-pledge. Select your donor type button at the top of this site. Payroll deduction, credit/debit card, and PayPal are all options for giving.
You can find the pledge form and Partners in Giving booklet on this website. Please mail your completed form to:

OR email your completed form to partnersingiving@uwdc.org. You may give through payroll deduction or check with this option.
Pick up a pledge form and booklet in a centralized location for your division or state agency. Contact your Partners in Giving chair to determine if picking up a pledge form or booklet is an option for you. A return envelope will be included for you to mail in your form.
Request a paper pledge form and booklet be mailed to your home or office. Complete the request form to sign up for materials to be mailed or delivered to your home or office. When you receive your materials, complete your pledge form with the options of payroll deduction or check and mail it back using the provided return envelope
