Administrative Board
The Board is responsible for campaign oversight, planning, decision-making, and execution including approving fiscal agent and administrative service agreements, ensuring that information about the campaign as well as campaign materials are available for campaign volunteers, communicating with campaign volunteers, reviewing, and approving campaign audit, setting the campaign budget, goal and tracking campaign progress. The Board also serves as the point of contact for the Department of Administration (DOA) in matters related to the campaign and other responsibilities as necessary for the efficient administration of the Partners in Giving campaign. The Administrative Board meets monthly and is composed of employee volunteer co-chairs of the Board and chairs/co-chairs of standing committees. Umbrella representatives are non-voting advisors to the Board.

Eligibility Committee
The Committee is responsible for reviewing umbrella applications and individual charity applications (as needed) and making recommendations to the DOA Secretary regarding participation in the SECC-Dane, Milwaukee, Waukesha Counties (Partners in Giving) and SECC Statewide campaigns.

Technology Committee
The Committee is responsible for maintaining campaign-related social media account(s), technical maintenance of the website and electronic systems (e.g., Constant Contact, GiveSmart, ePledge, etc.) and electronic forms. This includes communication and collaboration with vendors for related technology services.

Training and Outreach Committee
The Committee is responsible for reviewing and recommending training activities (e.g., orientation and training sessions) and content for training materials, planning, coordination, and implementation of approved activities, developing materials for sessions, coordinating campaign speakers and assisting departments and schools with their trainings as needed. The Committee is also responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementation of Board approved award and recognition events as well as making recommendations regarding award categories.
