Request Campaign Materials: Complete the request form to receive physical copies of this year’s campaign Posters, Pledge Forms, Booklets, and Magnets. To ensure you receive the materials before the campaign begins, please submit this form by Wednesday, September 18. Requests received after this date will be filled based on supply and capacity, but delivery may be less immediate.
