Request 2022 Campaign Materials: Fill out this form to receive physical copies for this year’s campaign booklet, pledge forms, and posters.

To be guaranteed materials before the campaign begins, you must submit the form by EOD, Monday, September 19.

Additional requests that come in after September 19 will be fulfilled once a week.
